I am a Virginia artist, curator, writer, and educator. Much of my work is pop culture based and I enjoy finding moments of humor, emotional and social impact, or the strange in these mass consumed characters and stories. The things meant to entertain us are often where common ground is found about the human experience and the fan spaces that grow from popular content can be a source of self discovery and representation built on shared joy. I love a good pun.

I am dedicated to creating communities and opportunities within the arts locally, and on a broader stage whenever possible. I have worked in the Winchester, Va. area as Director of Programming & Exhibits at ShenArts and as a Lead Educator at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley. Currently, I hold the positions of Guest & Retail Services Manager and Contemporary Regional Art Curator at the MSV, where I run the Museum Store which showcases the work of over eighty regional artists and curate the museum’s contemporary art spaces.
